Show the confirmation email from Al Firdaus Guides along with a valid passport at the airport. Once verified, your e-ticket will be issued seamlessly.

To cancel your booking, send a cancellation request via email to team@alfirdausguide.com or call us at +44 7596 152121. Bookings without payment within 72 hours will be canceled automatically.

Travel documents, including tickets, will be sent via secure courier services. Within the UK, packages are sent through Registered Mail and require a signature upon delivery. For urgent requests, documents can be delivered within 24 hours or collected directly from designated locations such as Heathrow or Gatwick airports.
